In accordance with the guidelines and norms prescribed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in W.P. Criminal No. 666-70 of 1992 Vishakha and and others, state of Rajasthan and other delivered on 13/08/1997 a committee as under has been constituted for investigating complaints of sexual harassment of women at workplace in Vidyashilp Public School :-

- The committee will enquire into all types of complaints relating to sexual harassment of women at the workplace submitted by women employee of Vidyashilp Public School. The procedure to be followed will strictly be in accordance with the attached guidelines.
- A women employee can submit her complaint regarding sexual harassment at work place to the chairperson of the committee directly. In case the complaint is submitted to a member, the member will transfer the complaint to the chairperson for further necessary action.
- The chairperson and any two members will be the quorum of the committee.
