Welcome to the Transportation Office
At Vidyashilp Public School, our primary objective is to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient transportation for all students. The Transportation Office is responsible for managing daily operations and overseeing school bus services. Transportation services are available to all parents who wish to avail them, and they are provided on a yearly basis only. Monthly bus service is not available.
Student Transportation Policy
Vidyashilp Public School provides transportation facilities for all students whose parents opt for the service.
Safety Measures and Guidelines
To maintain a safe and disciplined travel environment, students and parents are expected to follow these guidelines:

Supervision: Parents/guardians must accompany students of Nursery, Kindergarten, and Grade 1 at pickup and drop-off points.

CCTV Monitoring: All buses are equipped with CCTV cameras, which are continuously monitored by the administrative staff to ensure safety and security.

Parental Monitoring: Parents can monitor the live location of buses through the Edunext App for added convenience and safety.
- Conduct on the Bus:
- Eating and drinking are not allowed.
- Only authorized school staff and students are permitted to enter the school bus.
- Students must adhere to bus discipline and follow the instructions of the driver and bus monitor.
Parental Responsibilities
Parents/guardians play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of school transportation. They are expected to:
- Ensure timely arrival at the bus stop.
- Encourage students to follow bus rules and safety protocols.
- Report any transportation-related concerns to the school administration.
